Concerns have been raised over the number of collisions and deaths on Lincolnshire's roads which involves young people
Those aged 25 and under feature in almost a third of all road traffic collisions in the county over the last 5 years
In the majority of cases they're the driver.
With many fatalities happening on rural roads, people are being encouraged to drive to their own personal limit rather than the speed limit.
Black boxes or graduate driving schemes are being considered as options to help reduce the number of fatalities amongst young drivers.
We've spoken to Simon Outen Coe from the Lincolnshire road safety partnership about the issue and his advice.
Can you stop safely if there is a tractor doing 20mph and you’re doing 60?
He said: "The important thing is we should always drive to the conditions of the road in front of us, regardless of its quality, regardless of what it is."
