A woman and a 14 year old girl have suffered life changing injuries after two cars and a lorry were involved in a collision on the A46 at Thorpe on the Hill.
It happened on Friday (Nov 5th) around 7pm on the north bound carriageway - just past the Pennells roundabout.
The drivers of both cars also suffered serious injuries.
Lincolnshire Police have said:
"We believe that there will have been a number of motorists who will have seen this collision, or seen the vehicles driving prior to the incident, and we would like to hear from them. We are particularly keen to see any dashcam footage"
