A skull which it's believed could be human has been found in a duck pond in Fulstow near Louth.

Forensic officers are at the scene in Pear Tree Lane following the find by a member of the public.

Police received a call yesterday afternoon when it was reported a bone was discovered in the pond.

Now an in-depth forensic examination will be made - which could take up to several weeks to complete.

The area has been cordoned off and Police say searches will continue over the weekend.
