Woman in her 60s hurt during aggravated burglary in Lincoln

A woman in her 60s has been hurt after an aggravated burglary reportedly took place in Lincoln.

It happened around 7 o clock on Saturday evening on Pleasant Terrace.

Cash and a box containing sentimental items were taken.

The woman's injuries aren't thought to be serious.

They left the scene and may have headed in the direction of Bargate.

Police say: It is believed there were two people at the property, and they were described as wearing black beanie, black snood, dark coloured jumper, and trousers.

Investigations are ongoing and we are keen to speak to those who may have witnessed the incident, or those who may have captured CCTV or RING doorbell footage between 6.50pm and 7.10pm on Saturday 9 March on Craven Street and Pleasant Terrace.
