Man taken to hospital following fire in Grimsby

It's thought a major fire at a house in Grimsby was started accidentally when rubbish fell from a fire place.
The blaze on Glebe Road Scartho caused extensive damage yesterday lunchtime.
A man suffered burns and smoke inhalation, he was taken to hospital.
Thermal imaging cameras were used and the room where the fire started was said to have been gutted.
The man was given oxygen at the scene but needed further treatment.
Meanwhile it's believed a dog started a separate fire on Convamore Road in the town when it knocked waste onto a hob yesterday.
The kitchen was destroyed with the rest of the premises filled with smoke,.
The pet was rescued and given oxygen at the scene before being taken to the Blue Cross animal hospital.
