Police have spoken to three boys under the age of 10 after they trashed an allotment and killed a hen in East Lancashire.
Police have spoken to three boys under the age of 10 after they trashed an allotment and killed a hen in East Lancashire.
Items were also thrown at a goose which injured it and caused distress and eggs that were about to hatch were smashed.
Police say the offenders entered the allotment in Darwen between 4.30pm and 6.30pm on 15th May and caused damage by smashing and throwing objects.
All three boys were spoken to police but as they're under the age of 10, they are below the age of criminal responsibility.
