Teenager stabbed in Blackburn

A teenager was stabbed in Blackburn yesterday afternoon (21st April).
Police were called to Lawrence Street at 5.42pm to reports of an assault and found a boy had been stabbed in Wensley Road.
The 17-year-old suffered a single stab wound to the back.
His injuries are not thought to be serious, but police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward
No arrests have been made at this stage and enquiries are ongoing.
