Officers discovered the farm at a property on Greenway in Fulwood.
It's thought the plants could be worth up to ÂŁ100,000.
The windows were boarded up and equipment found to cultivate cannabis plants were found at the scene.
Preston Police Inspector Paul McLernon told Rock FM that he would like to thank the public for their help in tracking down where cannabis farms are across Lancashire.
