A convoy is getting ready to set off from Preston to deliver aid to refugees in Calais.

It's the third time the city's Fair Forum has been to the French port in recent months, where thousands of migrants from places like Syria are camping out in a bid to start a new life in the UK.

The group will leave later today (Friday 19th January 2016) and say they've had 'rather more donations than anticipated'.
