Police investigating after crash leavers biker seriously injured

Police have launched an investigation after a biker was seriously injured in a crash in Fleetwood.
It happened on a back road back street off Heathfield Road at around 4.35pm on Sunday.
The man in his 20s was riding a Honda bike when it collided with the walls of two houses.
Police closed the road until 8pm, to allow collision investigations to take place, and they also cannot rule out whether another bike was involved in the incident.
The man, who hasn't been named, suffered serious injuries including broken bones and a skull fracture, and he remains in hospital.
In a statement, Lancashire Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses or information following a serious collision involving a motorcyclist in Fleetwood.
"The incident occurred at around 4.35pm on Sunday (June 11th) on a back street off Heathfield Road, when a Honda bike collided with two walls of a house.
"At this point we cannot rule out whether another motorbike was involved and we are asking for anyone with information or who witnessed the collision, or the Honda bike in the moments before the collision occurred, to get in touch."
