Man dies in crash

A man's died after a car crashed in to a telegraph police in Blackburn.

It happened on Buncer Road at about 04:38 this morning (Saturday 4th March 2017).

An investigation is underway.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone else with information to contact them.
