Millionaire Marco Robinson has a 'rags to riches' story and wants to help others get on the housing ladder by giving away an apartment in Preston for free!
Yes, you read that correctly, Marco and his mum grew up sleeping rough but he was 'hauled out of poverty' and now hopes he can help someone else in a similar situation.
"The people who I want to see live in this flat are people who need a home, they need a sanctuary and some security, and that will make them feel significant again, said Marco.
The 48-year-old businessman is providing an apartment, thought to be worth around £110,000 as part of a Channel 4 programme.
The lucky winner of the apartment will be chosen over six weeks through the TV documentary which will see Marco finding the perfect resident.
Marco said he believes he will have a "gut feeling" when he meets the right person whether it is a family or an individual.

The apartment has three bedrooms, it is close to Preston city centre and it will be fully furnished. Marco has even said that he will help to pay the council tax if necessary explaining,
"They need to be in desperate need with nobody helping them get out of the vicious cycle."
As council houses have disappeared the father-of-two is keen that others who have the money will do something similar to help those in need.
