Man seriously injured in Burnley assault
Police are looking to speak to another man in connection with the incident
A man has been seriously injured after being assaulted in Burnley.
Police say he was found unconscious on Hargreaves Street, outside Bees Knees, in the early hours of yesterday.
The man, in his 20s, was rushed to hospital where he is receiving treatment.
Police have now launched an investigation into the attack, and would like to speak to a man pictured nearby in connection with the incident.
In a statement, they said: "Our officers were called to Hargreaves Street at 3.32am following reports a man in his 20s had been found unconscious outside the Bees Knees. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition."
