A man's died in a crash in Lostock Hall near Preston.
A man's died in a crash in Lostock Hall near Preston.
The motorbike he was on crashed with a van on Leyland Road yesterday afternoon just before half, closing the busy route for several hours.
Police say he was in his 30s.
They've now launched an appeal for witnesses.
Sergeant Malcolm Bell, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “This was a tragic incident and our thoughts are with this man’s friends and family at this difficult time.
“We are investigating the circumstances of the collision and would appeal to anyone with information to contact police.
“If you saw what happened, please contact us.”
