A man's been arrested on suspicion of drunk sailing off the coast of Lancashire.
A man's been arrested on suspicion of drunk sailing off the coast of Lancashire.
It's after Fleetwood Coastguard receieved a report that a vessell was aground in a dock and sent RNLI lifeboats to rescue the crew.
