Oscar's Wine Bar Limited was recently fined ÂŁ100,00 over the case of, customer, Gabby Scanlon.
The 18-year-old was celebrating her birthday in Oscar's when she did a so-called Nitro Jagermeister shot.
The shot contained Liquid Nitrogen and left her in hospital having to have her stomach removed.
