Leyland woman charged with baby murder
The seven month old suffered head injuries

A woman from Lancashire's been charged with murder, following the death of a baby girl.
Emergency services were call to Slater Lane in Leyland last Wednesday, where paramedics found the seven month old unresponsive.
They discovered she'd suffered a cardiac arrest.
The baby was taken to Royal Preston Hospital and later transferred to Manchester Children’s Hospital, but sadly died 2 days later.
A post mortem examination revealed she'd suffered head injuries.
A 34 year old woman from Leyland, is due to appear before magistrates accused of murder.
