A Lancashire mum whose son died from meningitis B says it's a disgrace the government's rejected calls for all kids up to the age of 11 to be given the vaccine on the NHS.

More than 800,000 people have signed a petition for it, but the Department of Health says it would not be cost effective.

Two-year old son Alfie Flemming from Thornton died in 2014 - a vaccine wasn't avaliable when he was alive.

His mum Joanne Mills is backing the petition for all kids to be vaccinated - she says she can't believe the government have said no.

At the moment the government provide a vaccination programme for babies aged between 2 - 5 months.

Joanne has set up a fund in Alfie's name - Alfie's Forever Fund - and has raised more than ÂŁ14,000 so far which is being used to help Meningitis Now.
