A Lancashire mum, whose son died from meningitis B, is backing a campaign for all children up to the age of 11 to be vaccinated against the disease.

Two-year old son Alfie Flemming from Thornton died in 2014 - a vaccine wasn't avaliable when he was alive.

His mum Joanne Mills is backing a petition for all kids to be vaccinated - it's got almost 450,000 signatures so far.

At the moment the government provide a vaccination programme for babies aged between 2 - 5 months.

Joanne Mills is backing calls for that to be extended to all children.

Joanne has set up a fund in Alfie's name - Alfie's Forever Fund - and has raised more than ÂŁ14,000 so far which is being used to help Meningitis Now.
