What you’ll need and how much…

  • Rye bread, 1 small slice - ### Butter, ½ a teaspoon - ### Chicken, 1 slice / 35g - ### Parma Ham, 2 slices / 60g - ### Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon - ### Lemon juice, - ### Tap water - ### Lettuce - ### Black pepper for seasoning

Method...

Begin by spreading the rye bread with ½ teaspoon of softened butter.

Top with a sliced tomato, then slice half a skinless roast chicken breast and arrange it over the tomato. Top with 2 slices of Parma ham.

Toss some shredded lettuce and sliced cucumber and place alongside the bread.

Mix 1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise with ½ teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and ½ teaspoon cold water until smooth and spoon over the salad.

Season with black pepper.
