A public inquiry into whether Fracking should take place at two sites in Lancashire is underway in Blackpool.

Energy company Cuadrilla has launched an appeal to drill for shale gas at sites in Little Plumpton and Roseacre Wood.

It's after Lancashire County Council rejected the plans in June last year.

A demonstration involving both pro- and anti-fracking campaigners has taken place outside Blackpool FC's Bloomfield Road ground, where the inquiry's being held.

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Greg Clark, will make a final decision on Fracking in Lancashire this summer.
