Fire crews in Lancashire are dealing with a major blaze in Blackburn (31 March).

Ten engines are at a commercial building on Sett End Road West after the fire broke out just after midnight.

Large plumes of smoke have been seen in the area whilst people living nearby have been advised to keep doors and windows closed.

In a statement, the fire service said: "We have 10 fire engines, two aerial ladder platforms and a firefighting robot at a commercial building fire on Sett End Road West, Blackburn.

"There is a large smoke plume and anyone who can see or smell smoke is strongly advised to close windows and doors."
