Firefighters rescue two people and dog from house fire in Lytham St Annes

Emergency services are continuing to investigate a house fire on Raleigh Close, Lytham St Annes.
Crews were called at around 8.51pm yesterday (10 November).
Three fire engines from St Annes and Lytham attended the scene after reports of a property well alight.
Firefighters rescued two residents and a dog from the building, providing first aid before handing them into the care of the North West Ambulance Service.
Crews tackled the blaze using four breathing apparatus, two hose reels, and a ventilation unit to bring the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
