Firefighters are tackling a fire in Blackpool town centre.
Emergency crews were called this morning to an office building, on Cookson Street.
A number of crews are on site with images on social media showing black smoke billowing into the air.
In a statement to us, Lancashire Fire & Rescue said: "We are currently in attendance at a report of a fire on Cookson Street, Blackpool. Our crews are investigating the reports and once we have any further information, there will be an incident report on our website."
