A family have paid a loving tribute to a 76-year-old man who was killed in a road traffic collision in Chorley.
John Randall, from Leyland, died after his van collided with a lamppost on Wigan Road, Chorley, on Tuesday afternoon (December 6).
His family said: “It is with great sadness that John Randall, father of two sons and a grandfather to nine grandchildren, died on Wigan Road, Chorley, on Tuesday 6th December.
“He was loved by all who knew him and would do anything for his family. RIP Grandad.”
Emergency services attended the scene of the collision at 1.54pm on Tuesday.
A file will be passed to HM Coroner in due course.
