Family pay tribute to Lee Holt - who was shot dead in Oswaldtwistle

The 32-year old died at Royal Blackburn Hospital on Wednesday night.

The family of Lee Holt, who was shot dead in Oswaldtwistle on Wednesday night (25th October 2017), have paid tribute to him.

The 32-year old suffered a single wound shot wound to his chest and was rushed to the Royal Blackburn Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Here's the statement from the family:

"Lee was a brilliant, loving son to Marilyn and Kevin Holt. A loving brother to Laura Holt. He has two beautiful children, Alecia aged 12 and Kiera-Leigh aged eight, who were his entire world. Family was his life. He has left the love of his life Kate in the most traumatic way imaginable. We hope to draw from the courage and strength he showed in his life to get through this extremely difficult time."

Police are continuing to question a 14-year old boy and a 49-year old man on suspicion of murder.
