Elderly woman in serious condition following Preston crash
The pedestrian in her 80's was hit by a vehicle this morning
Lancashire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashboard mounted camera footage after a serious road traffic collision in Preston.
It happened on Mariners Way, Preston, near to the Morrisons store, at 10.40am today (Tuesday, December 6) where an elderly pedestrian had been in collision with a vehicle.
The pedestrian, a lady in her 80s, suffered head, rib and leg injuries, and is being treated in hospital.
She is in a serious but stable condition.
Mariners Way was closed for four hours whilst collision investigation examination was carried out.
