10-year-old airlifted to hospital after crash

A 10-year-old girl has been airlifted to hospital after a crash in Chorley.

She was hit by a taxi on Moor Lane at about 17.45 last night (Tuesday 6th June 2017).

She's been taken to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.

The road was closed for about an hour.
