My name is Michelle and I work at BAE Systems in Lancashire where for the last 5 years I have trained as a Project Management Apprentice. I bypassed university and I came straight to BAE Systems after completing my A-Levels at 6th Form.

On a day to day basis I manage project costs, payments and profiles, manage and update schedules, risks, project forecasts and report on performance to senior management. Away from work I enjoy running and spending time unwinding with friends.

Following completion of my Apprenticeship I would like to continue progressing my career in the Project Management field.
