Celebrities you completely forgot were on I'm A Celebrity
Well, we did anyway...Oops!
It's our favourite time of year, and we're not talking about all the fun and festivities in the run-up to Christmas (although that's great too). We're actually just super excited for the return of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, which is returning to our TV screens THIS SUNDAY (18th November).
Although Ant McPartlin won't be presenting the show alongside Dec Donnelly this year, ITV confirmed that Holly Willoughby will be stepping in, so we're counting down the hours, minutes and seconds until the new series returns!
But before we OBSESS over this year's celebrity intake, check out which past celebs we totally forgot about:
I'm A Celebrity... series 1: Uri Geller
Self-proclaimed psychic and television magician and illusionist tried to get the camp to join in him in contacting Michael Jackson from the jungle in series 1 back in 2002. Unfortunately, the rest of the camp mates weren't so keen.
Series 1 winner: Tony Blackburn.
I'm A Celebrity... series 2: Danniella Westbrook
Danniella appeared on the show in series two, but quit after nine days as she couldn't stand to be away from her kids and her then husband, Kevin Jenkins.
Series 2 winner: Phil Tufnell.
I'm A Celebrity...series 3: Neil Ruddock
After a stint in Celebrity Big Brother, former footballer Neil 'Razor' Ruddock also jetted off to Australia for a bit of R&R in the jungle.
This is was the year Katie Price and Peter Andre found love!
Series 3 winner: Kerry Katona
I'm A Celebrity... series 4: Vic Reeves and Nancy Sorrell
Vic and Nancy appeared on the show together back in 2004. While Nancy was an original camp mate, Vic (whose real name is Jim Moir, was a late arrival.
Series 4 winner: Joe Pasquale
I'm A Celebrity... series 5: Anthony Costa
Former Blue member Anthony appeared on I'm A Celebrity series 5 in 2005.
Series 5 winner: Carol Thatcher
I'm A Celebrity... series 6: Dean Gaffney
EastEnder's actor Dean Gaffney checked into the jungle in 2006.
Other celebs in the camp this year include: David Gest, Jason Donovan and Mylene Klass of the famous white bikini shower scene.
Series 6 winner: Matt Willis
I'm A Celebrity... series 7: Katie Hopkins
Controversial Katie Hopkins is often included in round ups of celebs rumoured to be appearing on various reality TV shows, but she did actually appear on I'm A Celeb back in 2007. She was the first to be voted off, though.
Series 7 winner: Christopher Biggins.
I'm A Celebrity... series 8: Simon Webbe
Another Blue member we forgot enjoyed a stint in the I'm A Celeb camp. Now that our memory's been jogged, we do briefly remember Simon causing a bit of a stir in the famous waterfall shower....
Series 8 winner: Joe Swash.
I'm A Celebrity... series 9: Kim Woodburn
We mainly associate Kim with her January 2017 Celebrity Big Brother appearance and vast array of original insults. BUT, before all that Kim battled Bushtucker Trials in the ninth series of I'm A Celebrity.
Series 9 winner: Gino D'Acampo.
I'm A Celebrity... series 10: Aggro Santos
Back in 2010 pop star (ish) Aggro Santos took part in the 10th series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
Series 10 winner: Stacey Solomon.
I'm A Celebrity... series 11: Sinitta
When we think of Sinitta, we mainly just think of that time she rocked up to The X Factor Judges' Houses wearing nothing but leaves - so it's easy to forget she enjoyed a brief stint in the Jungle in 2011.
Series 11 winner: Dougie Poynter.
I'm A Celebrity... series 12: Hugo Taylor
In 2012 Hugo Taylor swapped his Chelsea life of luxury to slum it in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
Series 12 winner: Charlie Brooks.
I'm A Celebrity... series 13: Joey Essex
The Only Way Is Essex star flew off to Aus to impart his pearls of wisdom onto the guys in Croc Creek back in 2013.
Series 13 winner: Kian Egan.
I'm A Celebrity... series 14: Tinchy Stryder
Remember Tinchy Stryder? Joined by Jake Quickenden, Jimmy Bullard and (very briefly) Gemma Collins, the UK rapper enjoyed a stay in the jungle in 2014.
Series 14 winner: Carl Fogarty.
I'm A Celebrity... series 15: Spencer Matthews
You'll be forgiven for forgetting about Spencer's I'm A Celeb stint as he was in the Jungle for about five minutes (five days).
Spenny had to quit the show in 2015 'on medical grounds'.
Series 15 winner: Vicky Pattinson.
I'm A Celebrity... series 16: Lisa Snowdon
Lisa was the second celeb to be voted out of 2016's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! (Danny Baker was the first to leave).
Series 16 winner: Scarlett Moffatt.
I'm A Celebrity... series 17: Rebekah Vardy
Her TV career has been a bit overshadowed by the whole Wagatha Christie drama with Coleen Rooney, so you might not remember that Becky actually entered the jungle in 2017. She was sadly eliminated in third place though.
Series 17 winner: Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo
I'm A Celebrity... series 18: Noel Edmonds
Veteran TV presenter joined camp as a late entrant but he didn't stick around for long as he became the first contestant to be eliminated.
Series 18 winner: Harry Redknapp
I'm A Celebrity... series 19: Andrew Maxwell
"WHO?!", we hear you cry. Andrew Maxwell isn't as big as some of his fellow campmates like Jacqueline Jossa, Ian Wright and Caitlyn Jenner so you'll be forgiven if he's slipped your mind, but he's a Scottish comedian and does the voiceover for Ex on the Beach.
Series 19 winner: Jacqueline Jossa
I'm A Celebrity... series 20: Hollie Arnold
Although she became fast friends with her campmates, Paralmpian Holly didn't make quite the same impression on viewers and was the first star to be eliminated from the 2020 series.
Series 20 winner: Giovanna Fletcher
With just days to go before the new series launches, ITV confirmed the super exciting line-up of celebrities for this year's show.
As well as football manager Harry Redknapp, who is reportedly getting a WHOPPING amount of money to appear, Nick Knowles, Emily Atack, Rita Simons, Anne Hegerty, Sair Khan, John Barrowman, Fleur East, Jame McVey and Malique Thompson-Dwyer will all star in the sho
As well as the return of I'm A Celebrity, I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp is also making a return to our screens this year.
Last month, bosses confirmed that all of last year's presenters will return for the 2018 series, meaning that Scarlett Moffatt, Joel Dommett and Joe Swash will once again front the show.
Speaking about his return to the show, former winner Joe Swash said, “Good times! Me, Joel and Scarlett are going to be reunited again on Extra Camp. I loved working with them last year, we had such a laugh both on and off screen! I can’t wait to see what celebrities are going into the jungle."
Comedian Joel Dommett also said “So excited to see my jungle family again! Scarlett is like the sister I never had and Joe is nothing like the brother I already have.
With 2016 winner Scarlett Moffatt adding, “I’m so excited to be back working with Joe and Joel for another year on Extra Camp, I absolutely adore them both. We have such a laugh doing the show together, I can’t wait to get back out there and meet our new celebrity jungle campmates.
The 2018 series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here returns to ITV on Sunday 18th November.
