Woman charged with murder after man found dead in Strood

A 42-year-old woman, has been charged with murder after the body of a man in his 60's was discovered by police on Friday 26 July, inside a property in Gun Lane, Strood.

Nina Mercer, of Gun Lane, Strood, has been remanded to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court later today.

Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is urged to call Kent Police.
