Three people from London have been charged following a series of break-ins in Folkestone earlier this year.

Jewellery and designer items were stolen from addresses in the Cherry Garden Avenue area between April 30 and May 17.

Several suspects were arrested in west London on June 27.

Edwin Montano-Olaya, 44, and William Rayo Garcia, 37, both of White Hart Lane, have since been charged with two counts of burglary and possession of items for use in burglary.

Both appeared at Margate Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (July 2) and have been remanded in custody ahead of a further court appearance on August 5.

Cinthia Gonzalez Romero, 31, of Tottenham High Road, is also charged with two counts of burglary.

She is due before Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Thursday 5 August.
