Three arrested after fight in Folkestone

Pieces of wood were reportedly used during the altercation on Sunday

Three people have been arrested after a fight in Folkestone.

Kent Police say they were called to reports of an altercation on Harbour Street at 7:15pm on Sunday.

Two men and two women, who detectives believe are known to each other, were reportedly involved, with pieces of wood reportedly used during the fight.

Both men, aged 31 and 42, were taken to hospital for treatment.

Kent Police say two men and a woman, were arrested on suspicion of assault.

They remain in custody as investigations continue.
