Motorcyclist seriously injured following crash in Rochester

A motorcyclist remains in hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Rochester.

Police was called at 4.25pm on Sunday 12 May 2024 to a report of a black BMW S1000 XR motorcycle colliding with a central reservation in Berwick Way.

Officers attended alongside South East Coast Ambulance Service and a man in his 50s was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries. He remains there in a serious but stable condition.

An investigation is being carried out by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit and motorists who were in the area are urged to check for any dashcam footage, which may assist enquiries.
