A mother is warning cuts made by cash-strapped Kent County Council will have a devastating impact on children with special educational needs.
The budget for 2024-25 was approved by councillors on Monday.
The books have been balanced by a range of measures including a review of frontline services and a council tax increase of 4.99%
One service cut was home to school transport for young people.
Council leader Roger Gough said the authority is under a "severe and growing" set of pressures which have become "more intense in recent years".
