Witnesses are sought following an incident in Dover that reportedly led to three men being assaulted and receiving injuries.

Police were called to the Biggin Street area shortly before 9am on Saturday 27 July following reports of a disturbance involving a group of people who were known to each other.

Officers attended and the group dispersed. It was reported that a man had been assaulted and had received a minor injury.

Later, reports were received that a second man who had been assaulted during the incident had sustained injuries consistent with stab wounds from a small bladed instrument. The man attended a local hospital and was discharged the same day.

A further disturbance, in which a man received an injury to his face, was reported in the High Street at around 5.50pm that evening and officers are treating the incidents as linked.

Investigations are ongoing and anyone with information that could assist officers’ enquiries, such as mobile footage or CCTV, is urged to contact Kent Police.
