Man, 26, dies after collision in Broadstairs

A man has died following a serious collision in Broadstairs. Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses and anyone with footage or information to come forward.

The incident happened on Fairfield Road at around 12.25pm on Sunday 21 July 2024.

A pedestrian was walking near the junction with Fair Street when he was involved in a collision with a black Nissan Qashqai, which stopped at the scene.

The 26-year-old man was airlifted to hospital where he later died.

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and there have been no arrests.
