A man's been charged with strangling a police officer in Maidstone.
It's alleged to have occurred as police were responding to an incident on Forge Lane, East Farleigh, at around 11:25pm on Friday.
38-year-old Zeus O'Sullivan is also accused of three counts of assaulting an emergency worker, and criminal damage.
He's been remanded in custody and is set to appear before Medway Magistrates Court on Monday.
