Man charged with attempted murder after Rochester stabbing
It occurred at a property on the High Street on Thursday evening
A man's been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing at a house in Rochester.
Kent Police were called to reports a man had been assaulted at an address on the High Street at 9pm on Thursday.
A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with injuries consistent with stab wounds - he's since been released.
Following enquiries, 29-year-old Daniel Baker of High Street, Rochester, was charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife in a public place.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates Court on Saturday where he was remanded in custody.
He's next scheduled to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on 4 December.
