Emergency services attend multi-vehicle collision on M25 in Kent

Kent police confirmed four cars were involved in the crash

Emergency services have attended the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in Kent this morning (17 June).

The police confirmed officers attended the collision involving four cars on the anticlockwise carriageway of the M25 near junction 2.

Two people were treated for injuries and have since been taken to hospital.

All lanes have since reopened.

In a statement Kent Police said: "Police was called at 9.39am on Monday 17 June, to a collision involving four cars on the anticlockwise carriageway of the M25 near junction 2.

"Officers and paramedics attended the scene where two people were treated for injuries.

"They were taken to a local hospital for further medical attention and arrangements are underway to recover two of the vehicles."
