Kent firefighters have gone to the rescue of a cow udderly stuck in mud.

Nettie became trapped at a field in High Halden near Ashford.

Luckily animal rescue teams were able to move her - using slings...

After being checked over by the vet Nettie was taken back to her barn to be reunited with her calf.

Farmer Martyn Dean, Nettie's owner said: "Kent Fire and Rescue were excellent, saving us and Nettie a whole heap of bother!"
