CCTV released as police investigate high-value thefts in Tenterden

Around £1,900 worth of goods were taken from Waitrose, according to officers.

Officers investigating a high value shoplifting offence at a store in Tenterden have released CCTV images of individuals who may have important information about the incident.

It is reported that two women entered Waitrose on Sayers Lane at around 4.30pm on Monday 19 February 2024 and picked up approximately £1900 worth of electric toothbrushes and electric toothbrush heads. They then left the store and made no attempt to pay.

Having completed a number of enquiries into the incident officers are now asking for the public’s help.
