CCTV Appeal: Man has finger bitten during assault on Dartford bus

The finger suffered a deep cut, down to the tendon

A man has had his finger bitten during an attack on a Dartford bus.

A man in his 20s was waiting at the bus stop in Tennyson Road when he was reportedly attacked by another man who had just arrived on a bus.

He is alleged to have punched and scratched the victim before the altercation moved onto the vehicle, where he then bit the man’s finger causing a deep cut down to the tendon.

The suspect then walked away along Dickens Avenue.

Officers have carried out a number of lines of enquiry since the incident happened at around 11.30am on Tuesday 4 February 2025, including house-to-house enquiries and an in-depth review of all available CCTV footage.
