One person arrested after report of a serious sexual assault of a man in Margate

Police have made an arrest after reports of a serious sexual assault of a man in Margate.
It happened sometime between 10pm on Monday 27th May and around 1am the following morning in Ethelbert Crescent in Cliftonville.
A 26-year-old man from Margate remains in custody while enquiries are ongoing.
Kent Police have said:
"Anyone who saw anything suspicious during the late evening of Monday 27 May or has any information regarding the incident should call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/87072/24.
"People who have dashcam footage or private CCTV recorded in the Ethelbert Crescent area are also asked to come forward as they may be able to assist with the investigation. "
