Three people seriously injured following crash near Inverness

Officers are urging anyone who may have seen the incident last night to get in touch.

A one car crash in the Highlands has left three people hospitalised.

A 20-year-old man was driving a blue Audi S3, when it crashed on the B9177 near to the B9006 Culloden Road junction yesterday at around 7:55pm.

He and two other male passengers were seriously injured and taken to Raigmore for treatment.

Police Scotland are appealing to anyone who may have seen the incident to come forward.

Sergeant Neil Macdonald of Highlands Road Policing Unit said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the crash to get in touch.

“We are also asking anyone who saw this vehicle prior to the crash or anyone with dashcam footage or any other information which may assist to come forward.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 3287 of 21 February, 2024.
