"Small teams can make big games"

Chief Creative Officer Louisa Gallie says working and releasing this has been a dream come true.

She said: "There's lots of elements to it.

"We've made similar games in this strategy/genre before, this is by far our biggest.

"The single player campaign mode is a whole new addition, we've basically added a new game within a game.

"It's undoubtedly our biggest launch ever.

"We were immediately in the top 10 of all free games on Google Play which is massive, then we sat at number one free strategy on Google Play, I think that was both in US and UK app stores.

"We received feature spots in the newly launched games category on both Apple and Google in the UK and US.

"We started with over 1.2 million pre-registers and pre-orders across both Google Play and the (Apple) App store and we're at over a million downloads now just on Google Play."

Louisa also explained how they hope to continue expanding the business.

"We went from around 20 people to 40 in the past three or four years.

"It has been a really interesting learning curve for us.

"For me personally, going from a hands on role to more of a management and directing role as well has been satisfying and challenging.

"I always like to say we are good are proving that small teams can make big games.

"We have an incredibly talented team, some of whom have been working on our mobile branch of games for 10 years or more.

"It's really great for us to be able to bring employment opportunities to people from this end of the country who want to work in games, who maybe like the area and don't necessarily want to move much further south."
