Worcestershire man convicted of rape

He's been given a 10-year custodial sentence.

A 25-year-old man has been given a 10-year custodial sentence for rape. He will also be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and put on the Sexual Harm Register.

Jetmir Topuzi of Littleworth Street in Evesham pleaded not guilty to the incident that happen in 2021 on July 13.

DS Andy Todd – “Although this positive result can never take away the harm that has been done, I hope this conviction provides some resolution to the pain that has been inflicted. I would like to thank the victim and others for their support allowing us to put this dangerous individual in Prison”.

He was sentenced on September 15 at Worcester Crown Court.
