Worcester Warriors Foundation have announced they leaving Sixways Stadium - and relocating in the heart of Worcester City.

Their new home will be the Royal Porcelain Works on Severn Street.

In a statement on their Twitter, the Foundation have blamed the "subsequent uncertainty around the future of the rugby club" for the move.

They call it a fresh chapter in their 15-year history and are still dedicated to improving services to 15,000 local people every year.

Carol Hart, CEO of Worcester Warriors Foundation says:

"The last few years have been challenging. Like many organisations, we fought hard to maintain our delivery through the pandemic. We then had to face the huge challenge of the collapse of Worcester Warrior for who we were the independent charity partner. The decision to create our own path, completely independent of Sixways dispels any ambiguity, is exciting and brings new opportunities that we look forward to sharing soon."
