Teenager charged with thirteen offences relating to burglary and theft

A 15-year-old boy from Worcester has been charged with 13 offences in relation to burglary, theft and taking vehicles without the owner’s consent.

The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged and remanded yesterday (Tuesday 10 September) after he was arrested for an incident on Monday when a car was stolen from an address in Worcester.

The car was later found crashed.

He is charged with three counts of burglary dwelling and theft and associated taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, two counts of theft of mobility scooter and one count of attempt theft of mobility scooter, business burglary with intent to steal and a further three counts of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.

The boy is due in Worcester Youth Court today.
