A man has been taken to hospital - and four cows injured - after a cattle trailer overturned in Worcestershire.

It happened this morning (29 February) just after 6.20am on the M5 northbound between junctions 5 and 4a, towards Upton Warren.

Police say a vet was called to the scene to assess the animals.

A man was also injured in the incident and has been taken to hospital.

The cattle have since been recovered and the carriageway has reopened.
